SIX OF THE BEST This section of the magazine is about everyday people who are success stories because nothing could hold them down. They are forever breaking through the glass ceiling, shattering stereotypes and blazing trails. They are not super humans bestowed with sudden success. They are everyday people, like you and me. Here we profile six of them in every issue.
SHAPING THEIR FUTURE Our youths are evolving and coming of age. They have been so misrepresented, given an awful face and dragged through the gutter in recent years by the behaviour of a few who have chosen to self destruct. However, it gladdens the heart that a good number of them are offering no more excuses for bad behaviour, mediocrity and underachievement. They are dreaming, scheming and plotting how they want their future to pan out. We have a responsibility to focus on these positives. We do this by profiling young people who are making a difference; we also feature articles on mentoring, parenting, education, career development and other issues affecting our young people.
LEAVING THEIR FOOTPRINTS A lot of sacrifices have been made by heroes past and present who have blazed a trail for others to follow. In this section we celebrate our living legends and we also dig into history books to profile those that have struggled and made a difference to ensure that we continue reaching for the heights.
NINETYNINE STYLE & BEAUTY We have a lot of highly talented fashion designers and beauty specialists who are often not given any recognition because they have no platform to showcase their talents. We are that platform!
